Perhaps the most sought out issue regarding MALINDO is why they conduct their business in KLIA and not KLIA2. There are certain myth about MALINDO that everyone needs to understand and the how the actual flight business commences.

It eludes me of why the Railwaymen Union of Malaysia (RUM) decided to go against the Railway Network Access Agreement (RNAA) aggressively without any considerations of the benefits.
First, they addressed that through the RNAA, 4,000 KTMBs' workers would lose their job because RNAA leads towards the separation of business conduct between the services operation and the maintenance of railway which includes assets, procurement and other non-customer related operations. Therefore, in their opinion, once the separation taken place the workers whom are now under KTMB's contract would be terminated.
The Deputy Minister of Transport himself had given his commitment that none of those workers whom are affected by the RNAA would be terminated. They will be absorbed or seconded to subsidiary companies which in the end belongs to the KTMB itself and KTMB will remain a government owned corporation.

Exactly three years ago, one Malaysia Airlines Flight coded MH370 scheduled to arrive to Beijing Capital International Airport from Kuala Lumpur International Airport carrying 15 Malaysian crew members and 227 passengers of various nationality vanished from air traffic controller radar while mid-flight.
Until today, it has not been found yet.
It was a mystery to all.

There has not been much commotion when the Ministry of Transport decided to ban Dego Ride. But this one DAP fellow came out and try to be this Dego Ride hero.
His name is Rajiv Rishyakaran, a first-term member of the Selangor State Assembly from the Democratic Action Party, representing the state seat of Bukit Gasing.
Of course, this is nothing more than a populist approach trying to win the hearts of these Dego Ride operators and users. He tried to champion this issue without knowing the exact reason why this ban is in place.
Dego Ride for those who are not particularly familiar with it is an exact replicate of Uber or Grab Car but instead of cars, they are using motorcycles (Like the Indonesian ojek).

The Japanese Vice Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism came to give their courtesy call to my boss, Datuk Aziz Kaprawi, the Deputy Transport Minister just now.
Why they have come to visit us?
Well, we are about to receive the legendary Shinkansen (bullet train) right here in Malaysia! (If they win the open international tender that is)
The high speed rail (HSR) project announced by our Prime Minister has certainly made an impact throughout the world when he announced Malaysia is going for HSR project from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore.

Perhaps Datuk Seri Ti Lian Ker should first of all study thoroughly all about the proposed amendments to the Syariah Court (Criminal Jurisdiction) Act 1965 or Act 355 and the previous amendments before lashing out at Datuk Ab Aziz Kaprawi.
As a respected chairman of MCA Religious Harmony Bureau, Ti should always kept an open mind when it's come to discussing one of the most sensitive matter in this country, hence he should be more harmonious and should not bash out at anyone disagreed with his boss.
Ti tried to explain that one of the main implication to be had is that it will remove the Federal laws' check on state legislatures which is quite a bit wrong.
I will not try to explain anything about the entirety of the proposed amendments as it was already well explained by Asyraf Wajdi back in June 2016. (Link is here)
I suggest Ti should spend more time with Asyraf Wajdi in order to be more harmonious on this issue.
So I will try to throw a few curve balls about the Federal Constitution.
